Dr. Tim McKee, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, ART Provider
Dr. Tim is the owner and clinic Director of Hawthorne Chiropractic Rehabilitation Centre and has been a licensed Chiropractor, certified acupuncturist and Active Release provider since 1998. Dr. Mckee believes in a multidisciplinary approach to injury management and athletic performance. He applies his knowledge of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Active Release Therapies and Sport Injury management to assure optimal results for his patients.
As former Provincial and University Varsity athlete, Dr Tim was introduced to Chiropractic while dealing with many personal sport related injuries. Through his 11 years of practice, Dr McKee has concentrated in treating any type of sporting injuries for anyone from the weekend warrior to the professional athlete. He has extensive knowledge when dealing with specific sports such as Running, Biking, Swimming, Golf, Hockey and Gymnastics.
Living in Milton for the last 7 years has also introduced Dr McKee to the sport of triathlon, as a participant and within his practice. He currently treats many of Milton’s runners and triathletes’ to not only treat the many injuries that come with endurance athletes but to prevent these injuries and to optimize athletic performance.
Dr. Amanda Lett, Chiropractor
Dr. Lett completed an honours Bachelor of Science degree at McMaster University in 2002, followed by four years atthe Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2006.
Dr. Lett takes a very active approach to injury and pain management, and has extensive clinical experience treating a wide range of conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, extremity pain (knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist), foot pain, headaches, work and sports related injuries, and sprain/strain injuries. She also provides care for patients throughout their pregnancy.
Her practice style includes manual adjustive techniques, soft tissue therapy/ myofascial release technique, and therapeutic modalities. She also incorporates stretching and exercise prescription, as well as custom orthotics when indicated.
Christine Hagen, RMT
Christine has graduated from Everest College of Massage Therapy in 2010, and has been practicing ever since. With updating her skills, Christine hopes to become a Certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioner in the future.
She is committed to providing her clients the best care possible, which usually entails cross referrals within the clinic to ensure the client is receiving well-rounded care. Christine treats several types of clients, including motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, every day aches and pains, chronic conditions and sometimes just for relaxation-based treatments.
The care and improvement of the client are the number one priority and will continue to be throughout her career. Christine is constantly updating her skills and continues to improve as a practitioner, thus in the long run benefiting the needs of her clients.
